The basics
These terms cover the iPhone apps made by GOLARIX LLC doo (“Golarix,” “we,” “us”), namely PulseSense: Heart Tracker, QR Scanner – Scanra, Scroll Protector - App Blocker, SmartBooster and SnapBooster, and this site too. Downloading or using one of our apps means you’re OK with them. If you’re not, please don’t use the app.
Your license
You’re getting a license to use our apps; you’re not buying the apps themselves. Every download comes with Apple’s standard EULA, the end user agreement you accept whenever you install from the App Store.
Every app also has its own terms with app-specific details: PulseSense, Scanra, Scroll Protector, SmartBooster and SnapBooster.
Use the apps for your own non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control, within the App Store’s Usage Rules and any extra limits in an app’s own terms. SmartBooster and Scanra, for example, license one copy on a single device.
Play nice
Please don’t:
- copy, change, resell or pass the apps around;
- pick them apart or dodge paid features, unless the law specifically lets you;
- use them for anything illegal or to hurt anyone;
- mess with the services the apps depend on.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Some features come as in-app purchases, including subscriptions that renew on their own. Before you pay, you’ll see what it costs and how often it bills, in your own currency, both inside the app and on the App Store.
- Apple bills your Apple ID as soon as you confirm.
- Plans keep renewing unless you switch auto-renew off a full day or more before your current billing period wraps up.
- The renewal charge hits during the last day of your billing period.
- Got a free trial? Buying a plan ends whatever’s left of it, and if you don’t cancel, the trial turns into a paid plan when it runs out.
- Deleting the app won’t stop the subscription. You need to cancel it.
How to cancel
You can change or cancel your plan whenever you want, right from your iPhone:
- Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose the app.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Your paid features stay on until the stretch you’ve already paid for runs out.
Refunds
Apple takes every payment, so Apple decides on refunds, following its own rules. To ask, head to reportaproblem.apple.com, use your Apple ID to log on, and choose the purchase. We can’t send money back ourselves, but if something went sideways, write to us and we’ll help however we can.
In the EU and other places with a legal right to back out of a purchase, that right covers App Store purchases the way Apple’s terms describe.
Health and fitness features
PulseSense: Heart Tracker and Scroll Protector - App Blocker come with health and fitness features. Neither one is a medical device, and neither gives medical advice, a diagnosis or treatment. Please read our Medical Disclaimer before leaning on them.
Your stuff, your call
Our cleanup tools only delete or merge things after you confirm. Double-check what you’re removing, and back up the photos and contacts you care about. We can’t take responsibility for things you choose to delete.
QR codes and barcodes can send you to websites and content run by other people. We don’t control what’s there and can’t answer for it.
Who owns what
The apps, including their design, words, graphics and code, belong to GOLARIX LLC doo or the folks who license them to us. Using an app doesn’t make any of that yours.
The apps will change
We keep working on the apps, so features may shift, show up or go away. We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we can’t promise the apps will always be available or bug-free.
No extra promises
As far as the law lets us, we offer the apps “as is” and “as available,” with no extra warranties. Your legal rights as a consumer stay exactly where they are.
How far our responsibility goes
As far as the law lets us, GOLARIX LLC doo isn’t on the hook for indirect or knock-on losses, lost data or lost profits that come from using the apps. If you do have a claim about an app, the most we’d owe is what you actually paid to use that app.
None of this caps anything the law won’t let us cap, for example responsibility for fraud, or for death or injury our negligence causes.
Where Apple fits in
This agreement is between you and GOLARIX LLC doo; Apple isn’t part of it. Apple doesn’t answer for our apps or anything in them, and doesn’t have to support them. Under the standard EULA, Apple and its subsidiaries can enforce its terms as third-party beneficiaries.
Which law applies
Serbian law governs these terms. If a dispute comes up, please write to us first; SmartBooster’s and Scanra’s terms also set out a formal written-claim step. If that doesn’t settle it, the relevant court in Belgrade will handle it. That said, if you’re a consumer, the mandatory consumer laws where you live still protect you, and you can bring a claim at home.
Updates to these terms
From time to time we’ll refresh these terms. Check the date up top to see which version you’re reading. Keep using the apps after an update, and the new version applies.
