The basics
These terms apply to SnapBooster, an iPhone app made by GOLARIX LLC doo. Installing or using it means you accept them. If you don’t, please leave the app be.
Your license
You’re licensing SnapBooster, not buying it. Your download comes with Apple’s standard EULA, and this page adds what’s particular to SnapBooster. Run it on an Apple device that’s yours or that you control, for personal, non-commercial use, as the App Store’s Usage Rules allow.
Fair use
- No copying, reselling or redistributing the app.
- No taking it apart or working around paid features, except where the law gives you that right.
- No using it to break the law or harm others.
- No interfering with the services behind it.
Premium and renewals
Some SnapBooster features are sold as in-app purchases, including subscriptions that renew by themselves. Apple bills them to your Apple ID through the App Store, and the price and billing period appear before you confirm.
- A plan renews until auto-renew is switched off; do it at least a day ahead of the renewal date.
- When a free trial ends and you haven’t canceled, it becomes a paid plan.
- Removing the app from your phone doesn’t end the subscription.
How to cancel
- Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Pick SnapBooster.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Premium stays on until the time you’ve paid for is used up.
Refunds
Apple collects every payment, so whether you get money back is Apple’s decision. Make the request at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds ourselves, but we’re glad to help you sort out what went wrong.
Your photos and contacts
SnapBooster removes or merges items only once you confirm. Look over what you’re about to clear, and keep backups of pictures and contacts that matter, because we can’t be held responsible for things you choose to delete. Items in the private space live only on your phone, so move anything you want to keep back to your gallery before deleting the app.
Who owns what
SnapBooster’s design, text, graphics and code belong to GOLARIX LLC doo or our licensors. Your license doesn’t transfer any of that to you.
No extra promises
Within what the law permits, SnapBooster is offered “as is” and “as available,” without further warranties, and we can’t guarantee it will always be reachable or free of bugs. Your statutory consumer rights aren’t affected.
How far our responsibility goes
Within what the law permits, GOLARIX LLC doo isn’t responsible for indirect or knock-on losses, lost data or lost profits from using SnapBooster, and the most we’d pay on any claim is what you actually spent on the app. Fraud, and death or injury caused by our negligence, stay outside these limits.
Where Apple fits in
These terms bind you and GOLARIX LLC doo only. Apple isn’t a party, doesn’t answer for SnapBooster or its content, and has no duty to support it. Apple and its subsidiaries may still enforce the standard EULA as third-party beneficiaries.
Which law applies
Serbian law governs these terms. If we disagree about something, write to us first; if that doesn’t resolve it, the competent court in Belgrade decides. As a consumer, you’re still shielded by the mandatory rules of your home country and can bring a claim there.
When these terms change
We may revise these terms from time to time, and the date at the top tells you which version this is. Using SnapBooster after a revision means the revised terms apply.
