Before you hit send
A few details help us sort it out on the first reply:
- which app it’s about;
- your iPhone model and iOS version;
- what you expected, and what happened instead;
- for billing, the order number from the receipt email Apple sent you.
Please don’t ever send us your Apple ID password or card number. We’ll never ask for them.

Quick answers
Want to stop paying?
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find the app in the list, then hit Cancel Subscription. Aim to cancel a day or more before your plan renews so you’re not billed again, and remember that deleting the app alone won’t cancel anything.
Charged by mistake?
Since Apple handles all payments, Apple decides on refunds too. Head to reportaproblem.apple.com, log on using your Apple ID, pick “Request a refund,” then select the charge. We can’t refund from our side, but we’re happy to help you figure out what happened.
New phone, same subscription?
Sign in with the Apple ID you paid with, launch the app, then tap Restore Purchases. It’s usually in the app’s settings or on the subscription screen. Still locked out? Send us the order number from your Apple receipt email and we’ll dig in.
Can I just pay here on the website?
Nope. Our apps are only sold on the App Store and billed to your Apple ID. This site has no checkout and won’t ever ask for payment details.
Can PulseSense replace a medical device?
No. PulseSense is for everyday wellness. Its pulse numbers are estimates, and blood sugar and pressure values are whatever you type in. Our Medical Disclaimer spells it out.
Want your data gone?
Removing an app wipes what it saved on your iPhone. For anything else, email apps@golarix.info and mention the app you’re using. The Privacy Policy explains the rest.
