Please read these terms before using Scroll Protector, an app by GOLARIX LLC doo. Using it means you accept the current version of these terms and of its privacy policy.
Agreeing to the terms
Downloading, installing or using the app means you accept both these terms and the privacy policy. Not on board? Then please skip the app. Your App Store download also comes with Apple’s standard EULA.
What the app does
Scroll Protector helps you manage screen time by limiting apps you choose until you complete an action, such as a few exercises. It doesn’t get into or control what’s inside those other apps.
Your license
We give you a limited license to use the app on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes. It’s non-exclusive, and you can’t transfer or sublicense it. You don’t gain ownership of the app.
Please don’t
- copy, change or distribute the app;
- reverse engineer it or dig out the code behind it;
- use it for anything unlawful;
- get around its limits or logic, or try to.
Exercise and your health
Unlocking apps may involve physical activity. By using the app, you agree that you exercise at your own risk, that your health is your own responsibility, and that the app gives no medical advice. Injuries or health problems that result from using it aren’t our responsibility. Please also read our Medical Disclaimer.
Premium subscriptions
The app may offer paid Premium subscriptions, in weekly, monthly or yearly plans.
- They renew on their own until canceled.
- Billing goes through the App Store.
- Refunds follow the store’s own policies.
- To avoid a charge, cancel before the renewal date. On iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Free trials
Sometimes there’s a free trial. When it’s over, it becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel.
Ending access
Break these terms and we may suspend or cut off your access whenever we need to. You can stop using the app whenever you like.
Who owns what
Every right, title and interest in the app belongs to GOLARIX LLC doo. Our brand, trademarks and content need our permission before you use them.
No warranty
The app comes “as is” and “as available,” so there’s no promise it will run without interruptions or errors, or that you’ll get the results you hope for.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for consequential or indirect damage, for lost data, profits or business, or for your device malfunctioning.
Privacy
When you use the app, its privacy policy applies too.
When these terms change
We can update these terms whenever we need to. Carrying on with the app means you’re fine with the new version.
Which law applies
Serbian law, the law of the country GOLARIX LLC doo is registered in, governs these terms.
